This book introduces statistics which comprise of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. This book encompasses the data collection and presentation, central tendency measurement such as mean, median, mode and measures of dispersion. It also includes probability theory, probability distribution, discrete probability distribution and continuous probability distribution. This book also covers statistical tests such as t-test, ANOVA, chi-squared test, and other statistical tests that will be used to test the hypothesis. Topics presented in this book is in line with the syllabus for the basic statistics subject which is taken by all Bachelor in Applied Science students in UMK. Content of this book is also suitable for any other bachelor degree.
